Scottish Workplace Networking for LGBT (SWAN) promotes inclusivity and works to eliminate discrimination in Scottish workplaces. It does this by hosting business networking events focused on LGBTQIA+ people that are open to all.
These events offer a safe and welcoming environment where people can be themselves and meet other LGBTQIA+ people. SWAN aims to foster good relations between LGBTQIA+ and other people, supporting equality and diversity good practice at work.
SWAN brings together public, private and third sector organisations through networking events hosted by organisations for their employees, SWAN network members and others. It also represents LGBTQIA+ people in the workplace through submissions and campaigning in public life and public services.
