Swindon & Wiltshire Pride promotes equality and diversity within the community and works towards ending discrimination against LGBTQIA+ people through education. It provides access to support groups through its event, which is run as a free, accessible community event. The organisation operates across Swindon and Wiltshire.
Beyond the main Pride event, the group runs a Pride Hub, produces a support guide and organises community engagement events throughout the year. It also runs a history project researching LGBTQIA+ lives in Wiltshire, working with local archive partners to create a permanent history collection.
Swindon & Wiltshire Pride relies on volunteers, committee members and donations to continue its work, and offers various ways for people to get involved.
