Out Together is a community organisation that aims to build a connected, visible and empowered LGBTQIA+ community across generations, regions and sectors. It focuses in particular on older people who identify as LGBTQIA+, working to relieve isolation and help them take part more fully in the wider community.
Its services include community groups, social and connection events, digital inclusion training and befriending support. The organisation also runs a social network for LGBTQIA+ professionals and an interactive map showcasing inclusive employers.
Out Together partners with organisations across health, housing, employment, community and faith to reach and support isolated LGBTQIA+ people. It raises money through events, donations and the Rainbow Lottery, and welcomes volunteers to support its work.
